Психосоциальная терапия в психиатрии и новые формы сотрудничества с пациентами

Аннотация
Цель обзора: рассмотреть новые подходы к психосоциальной терапии в психиатрии и к взаимодействию с пациентами.
Основные положения. В обзоре описывается направление исследований в психиатрии и клинической психологии, связанное с новыми формами сотрудничества с пациентами — теми, кто получает психиатрическую помощь. Среди основ данного направления — концепция личностно-социального восстановления, подход в психосоциальной терапии «Открытый диалог». Лидеры движения — пациенты, а также клиницисты, привлекающие больных к исследованию в качестве коллег.
Заключение. Новые формы сотрудничества с пациентами — теми, кто получает психиатрическую помощь, привлечение их к реальному участию в исследованиях именно в качестве коллег суть основа установления доверия и терапевтического альянса для разработки и выбора диагностических и терапевтических методов. Расширение сферы сотрудничества с больными прямым или косвенным образом расширяет и возможности психосоциальных вмешательств и психосоциальной поддержки и содействует профилактике заболеваний и охране психического здоровья.
