Цель обзора. Предоставить клиницистам результаты систематического обзора клинических и эпидемиологических исследований о безопасности применения гормональной терапии у пациенток с индуцированной хирургической менопаузой вследствие комбинированного лечения рака яичников.

Основные положения

Основные положения. Рак яичников занимает 8-е место в мире по распространенности и 7-е — среди причин смерти от злокачественных новообразований. Менопаузальная гормональная терапия эффективна в коррекции климактерических расстройств, однако ее безопасность для пациенток, перенесших рак яичников, подвергается сомнению.

Заключение

Заключение. Менопаузальная гормональная терапия у больных раком яичников в анамнезе улучшает общую выживаемость и практически не влияет на показатель безрецидивной выживаемости. Однако из-за недостатка информации достоверность полученных результатов требует дальнейших исследований в этой области.

Aim. To provide clinicians with a systematic review of the available information regarding the use of menopausal hormone therapy in women with induced menopause due to combined treatment of ovarian cancer.

Key points

Key points. Ovarian cancer is the eighth most common and seventh leading cause of cancer death. Menopausal hormone therapy is effective in correcting menopausal disorders, but its safety for patients who have had ovarian cancer is questioned.

Conclusion

Conclusion. In patients with a history of ovarian cancer, menopausal hormone therapy is currently thought to improve overall survival and has little to no effect on progression-free survival. However, due to the lack of information, the reliability of the results obtained requires further research in this area.
