Цель исследования: оценить возможность применения подгузников и трусиков-подгузников торговой марки Tanoshi в целях профилактики пеленочного дерматита, их безопасность и переносимость у новорожденных и детей в возрасте до 2 лет.

Дизайн

Дизайн: проспективное когортное исследование.

Материалы и методы

Материалы и методы. В исследование вошли 50 детей массой от 2 до 28 кг в возрасте до 2 лет без признаков заболевания кожных покровов, в том числе в области подгузника (трусиков). Предлагаемые средства ухода применялись в течение 14 дней при обязательной своевременной их смене 4–7 раз в сутки после дефекации и при осуществлении гигиенических процедур 1–2 раза в день. Визуальная оценка состояния кожных покровов проводилась педиатром в 1-й, на 7-й и 14-й день исследования по шкале оценки состояния кожи M. Odio.

Результаты

Результаты. У всех детей в 1-й, на 7-й и 14-й день оценки кожных покровов в области талии, ягодиц, половых органов, анальной области, паховых складок было 0 баллов по шкале M. Odio. При оценке состояния кожи в области подгузников и трусиков-подгузников на протяжении 14 дней применения не зафиксированы сухость, гиперемия, раздражение, отек и эрозии в местах контакта с медицинским изделием.

Заключение

Заключение. У всех 50 новорожденных и детей в возрасте до 2 лет при использовании одноразовых подгузников и трусиков-подгузников торговой марки Tanoshi в реальной клинической практике в течение 2 недель не обнаружены признаки развития пеленочного дерматита. Это свидетельствует о безопасности и хорошей переносимости одноразовых подгузников детьми в возрасте до 2 лет при соблюдении правил ухода за кожей. Подгузники и трусики-подгузники торговой марки Tanoshi могут быть рекомендованы для детей до 2 лет, не имеющих заболеваний кожных покровов и повреждений.

Aim

Aim: To assess the possibility of using Tanoshi nappies and pants for the prevention of diaper dermatitis, their safety and tolerability by newborns and babies under 2 years of age.

Design

Design. Prospective cohort study.

Materials and methods

Materials and methods. The study included 50 children with the weight 2 to 28 kg under 2 years of age without any signs of skin diseases, including nappy (pants) area. Proposed items were used for 14 days subject to timely change 4–7 times daily after bowel movement and during hygienic procedures 1–2 times daily. Skin was visually assessed by a children’s doctor on day 1, day 7, and day 14 of the study (M. Odio skin assessment tool).

Results

Results. On day 1, day 7, and day 14, all children had 0 points for their skin assessment of waist, buttocks, genitals, anal region, inguinal fold (M. Odio skin assessment tool). Assessment of the skin in the nappy and pants area after 14 days of use did not show any signs of dryness, irritation, oedema, and erosions from the contact with a nappy.

Conclusion

Conclusion. All 50 newborns and babies under 2 years of age who used disposable Tanoshi nappies and pants in the real clinical practice over 2 weeks did not show any signs of diaper dermatitis. It proves that the nappies are safe and well tolerated by children under 2 years of age with proper skin care. Tanoshi nappies and pants can be recommended for children under 2 years of age who do not have any skin conditions and diseases.
