<trans-abstract xml:lang="en">
<title>Aim</title><p>Aim: To consider new approaches to psychosocial therapy in psychiatry and cooperation with patients.</p>
<title>Key points</title><p>Key points. The review describes a new direction of research in psychiatry and clinical psychology associated with new forms of collaboration with patients — those receiving mental health care. Among the foundations of this direction are the concept of personal and social recovery and the “Open Dialogue” approach to psychosocial therapy. The movement's leaders are patients and clinicians who involve patients in research as colleagues.</p>
<title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion. New forms of collaboration with patients — those receiving mental health care, involving them in actual participation in research as colleagues are the basis for establishing trust and therapeutic alliance for developing and selecting diagnostic and therapeutic methods. Expanding the scope of collaboration with patients directly or indirectly increases the availability of psychosocial interventions and psychosocial support and promotes disease prevention and mental health care.</p>
</trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>опыт переживания психического заболевания</kwd><kwd>выздоровление и личностно-социальное восстановление</kwd><kwd>«Открытый диалог»</kwd><kwd>сотрудничество с пациентом как с экспертом</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>experience of mental illness</kwd><kwd>recovery</kwd><kwd>personal and social restoration</kwd><kwd>“Open dialogue”</kwd><kwd>cooperation with the patient as an expert</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Sass L.
