Представить данные о нарушениях мимики и, косвенно, эмоций у пациентов с когнитивными нарушениями, полученные на основе методов оценки мимических функций, которые применяются в научных исследованиях и клинической практике.</p></sec><sec><title>Основные положения</title><p>Основные положения. Когнитивные нарушения часто встречаются у пациентов с неврологическими расстройствами. В диагностике неврологических заболеваний, в том числе проявляющихся когнитивным дефицитом, большое внимание уделяется выявлению нарушений мимических функций. В анализируемых работах установлена связь между развитием нейродегенеративного процесса в определенных структурах головного мозга и нарушением выражения эмоций посредством мимики.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. До сих пор недостаточно сведений, касающихся объективных характеристик нарушений мимики при когнитивном дефиците.</p><p>Необходимо создание единой клинической методики объективной оценки мимики и эмоций с целью выявления когнитивных нарушений.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Aim</title><p>Aim. To present the data on impaired mimics and, indirectly, emotions in patients with cognitive disorders, obtained with the methods of mimics function assessment, which are used in scientific research and clinical practice.</p></sec><sec><title>Key points</title><p>Key points. Cognitive disorders are common in patients with neurological deficits. In diagnostics of neural diseases, including those manifesting with cognitive deficit, it is essential to identify impaired mimic functions. The analysed studies show the association between neurodegenerative processes in certain brain structures and impaired emotions (via mimics).</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion.
