Проведен сплошной эпидемиологический скрининг изжоги и диспепсии у детей школьного возраста одномоментным (поперечным) методом.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. Всего было осмотрено 328 детей (163 мальчика и 165 девочек, средний возраст 12,4 года). Изжогу определяли согласно рекомендациям международного педиатрического консенсуса по гастроэзофагеальной рефлюксной болезни, диагностику диспепсии осуществляли в соответствии с педиатрическим разделом Римских критериев IV.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Распространенность синдрома диспепсии составила 14,0%, изжоги — 10,4%. Увеличение возраста у детей являлось факто ром риска диспепсии. Частота изжоги регистрировалась у 39,1% пациентов с диспепсией и только у 5,7% лиц без диспепсии (p &lt; 0,001). Распространенность синдрома перекреста диспепсии и изжоги у детей школьного возраста — 5,5%.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Ассоциация изжоги и диспепсии у детей школьного возраста является реальной проблемой, которая требует внимания практических врачей.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Study Objective</title><p>Study Objective: to investigate the association of dyspepsia and heartburn in school-age children.</p></sec><sec><title>Study Design</title><p>Study Design: A continuous epidemiological screening of heartburn and dyspepsia in school-age children was carried out using a single point (transverse) method.</p></sec><sec><title>Material and Methods</title><p>Material and Methods. A total of 328 children were examined (163 boys and 165 girls, mean age 12.4 years). Heartburn was determined according to the recommendations of the international pediatric consensus on gastroesophageal reflux disease. Dyspepsia was diagnosed in accordance with the pediatric section of the Rome IV criteria.</p></sec><sec><title>Study Results</title><p>Study Results. The prevalence of dyspepsia syndrome was 14.0%, heartburn — 10.4%. Increasing age in children was a risk factor for dyspepsia. The frequency of heartburn was registered in 39.1% of patients with dyspepsia and only in 5.7% of those without dyspepsia (p &lt; 0.001). The prevalence of overlap syndrome of dyspepsia and heartburn in school-age children was 5.5%.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion.
